Measurements given are approximates and should be used as a guide only.
o Prices do not include shipping or handling unless otherwise specified.

o Prices are subject to constant changes, and we reserve the right to modify our prices
o Plasterwrx will not be held liable for any website or written error.
o Plasterwrx reserve the right to hold goods until money owed has cleared.
o Cheque’s take at least 7 working days to clear
o To prevent possible fraud with your money, Plasterwrx may ask for evidence of account ownership before goods are shipped (typically on high or questionable orders).
o Only hard copy invoices and quotes can act as official invoices or quotes any invoice/receipt/quote transmitted as an email is to be used as reference only.
Plasterwrx accepts the following payment methods:
• Paypal – click Checkout with PayPal button
• Credit Card – click Checkout with PayPal button (No PayPal account required)
• Bacs – Bank transfer payment made to Oakwood House Developments Ltd (click Proceed to Checkout)
• Cash (on collection or delivery by prior arrangement only)
• Cheque (by prior arrangement only)

Plasterwrx reserve the right to cancel an order at any given time without warning and any payments made will be refunded. Bespoke/tailor made items (items made to consumers dimensions) etc are non-refundable starting from the moment an order has been placed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
ITEMS FOR COLLECTION
It is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate packing/materials (bubble wrap or blankets timber batten/ladder & rope for 3m lengths cornice) and secure the items to their vehicle.
Items remain the property of Plasterwrx until time/point they are received by the consumer or someone nominated to receive/collect them or a neighbour on their behalf without their explicit consent.
Any sold items for collection must be collected within 14 days otherwise you will be charged storage fees of £5 per item or 10% of total order which ever the greater. Uncollected items will be disposed of at our discretion after 28 days with no refund given
Please Note: Lead time for deliveries is currently 3 – 4 weeks.
o Any goods remain the property of Plasterwrx until payment has been cleared
o Plasterwrx reserves the right to cancel orders or postpone the time of delivery in the case of significant price changes or delivery failure from our suppliers.
o All times of delivery provided by us are to be considered as estimates.
o Dispatch usually takes no longer than 7 working days – customised designs will take longer (please ask).
o Customers are liable for all delivery/packaging costs regardless of the parcels origin or destination.

All offers are subject to availability and work on a first come first serve basis
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
In the event of an item being damaged on arrival, please sign for the goods as ‘Damaged’ and do not accept the parcel. Inform Plasterwrx within 48 hours to ensure we can look into the incident.
Damaged on arrival as part of the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014 take picture evidence and email to email@example.com. Pack item/s back up once we have looked into the incident. The damage item must be returned. We will issue a full refund of basic postage return costs which would be as shown on your order. No additional postage cost will be refunded for posting first class. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process once items arrive back at our premises.
INCORRECT GOODS RECEIVED
If we get your order wrong and you receive a different product to the one you ordered and your despatch note confirms this, make sure you advise Plasterwrx WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Once the facts are established, we’ll issue you with an RMA number and full credit provided the product is in sound condition. Return postage will be reimbursed and replacement sent on receipt of item.
Should you not receive all of the items you have ordered and/or are ‘short-shipped’, please log your shortfall WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT with Plasterwrx administration to open a case to establish the facts.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact Plasterwrx within 2 days & return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Plasterwrx will deliver goods to the delivery address provided by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to send accurate addresses. If an item is sent to the incorrect address due to a buyer’s error, Plasterwrx and/or the courier will not be held responsible.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not share your details with ANY 3rd party.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
credit/debit card details (Card details are processed directly to the bank and are never on file)
o We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
o The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
o If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
o We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY US
o We take reservation for possible typographical errors and omissions.
o Any pricing error will be corrected as soon as possible. If goods are purchased for an incorrect price (for any reason),Oakwood House Developments Ltd reserves the right to ask for the correct payment. Failure of the customer to pay the correct amount will result in the entire order being cancelled.
o Illustrations may not be to scale and may vary from the actual item.
o By purchasing items from this site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out above.
*Oakwood House Developments Ltd decision on any of the above matters is final.
Whenever possible we recommend collection of goods due to the fragile nature of the products. If you wish for the goods to be posted to you we may need to consult our courier to confirm the delivery price but as standard our couriers rates used on this website.
If you can arrange your own courier/collection please phone us to arrange this before ordering.
Plasterwrx cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage or injury sustained when our products are installed by anyone other than our own professionally qualified fitters.
Due to the fragile nature of our products we recommend collection or using a man & van service wherever possible.
